PCM Cancellation Policy; Rules and Regulations

In the event of severe weather on the day of your rental PCM will issue a full refund for your rental. Alternatively, we can reschedule your reservation to a different date. 

CANCELLATION POLICY TERMS

14-7 days prior to reservation - $100 cancellation fee

7-5 days prior to reservation - $200 cancellation fee

5 days prior to reservation - $300 cancellation fee

4 days prior to the reservation there are NO REFUNDS

Please note that a reservation may be rescheduled at any time 

PCM RULES AND REGULATIONS

PLEASE NOTE: NO PETS, NO FISHING, AND NO BBQ GRILLS ARE ALLOWED ON THE BOATS

 Rental boats and jetskis are not allowed past the HWY 12 Bridge.  Violations may result in rental termination and additional fees. 

10-person capacity (includes infants to adults)

The “Kill Switch Lanyard” must be worn at all times the vessels engine is on and running

NO “BEACHING” THE VESSEL. Vessels should always remain a minimum of 10’ away from shorelines.

All day rentals and 9am half day rentals should arrive by 9AM. Please call if you will be later than 11AM.

PCM requires the renter to be 21 years of age

Arkansas legislation requires any person who will be operating a vessel to hold a Boaters Education Certificate if born after Jan 1, 1986

PCM allows 1 towable per boat

PCM does not allow towables to be used with PWC rentals

LATE FEE POLICY

All vessels must be returned by their scheduled due back time as reflected on your reservation, 1PM or 6PM. You will be charged $75 after the first 15 minutes with fees accruing at $75/15 minute increments.

DAMAGE POLICY

At check-in, a $300 damage deposit will be held on your credit card and released at the return of your rental boat, given no damage occurred to the boat during the rental period. The reservation holder agrees that PCM can charge the credit card on file for any damage above the $300 deposit.
